- Support initiatives that drive business development and sales for our firm in the South Florida market.
- Successfully engage and collaborate with various stakeholders such as ownership, architects, and contractors
- Client communication, maintenance, and tracking
- Assist with proposal and presentation preparation
- 3+ years of experience in support role centered around business development or sales, preferably within the AEC industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active contributor to our Civil Works Team
- 80 hours of accrued vacation time
- 40 hours of accrued sick time
- Holidays – 5 paid holidays, and we are closed the week between Christmas and New Years
- Medical and Life Insurance - CWI pays 100% of the insurance premiums for Employee Only coverage. Dependent coverage and other benefits such as dental, vision, etc., are the responsibility of the employee.

In this role CWI will count on you to:
Experience and qualifications:
Work schedule: Enjoy a four-day work week Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On rare occasions, Fridays and/or weekend work may be needed, with ample notice provided.
Location: This is a full-time, in-office position that can be located in either our Plantation (Fort Lauderdale), or Miami (Doral) office.
Travel: may be required

Civil Works, Inc. (CWI) is a consulting engineering firm, established in 1996, with headquarters in Miami, FL. We specialize in assisting clients in the development of Florida's growing transportation, infrastructure, storm water control, environmental, commercial, residential, and recreational needs. Company experience includes projects for public sector clients such as the Florida Department of Transportation, Miami-Dade, Broward, other Florida Counties, and their municipalities. Private sector client projects have included traffic studies and development plans for hotels, shopping centers, commercial and residential complexes. Our current primary focus is FDOT 3R Milling and Resurfacing projects.
