Coordination of all process steps for approval procedures for investment projects at Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH in North Miami Beach

Conducting approval procedures according to the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and Water Resources Act (WHG) for locations in Germany

Coordination of approval procedures according to building law

Examination of approval requirements and capability according to German environmental law

Technical support in the preparation of approval notifications and applications, as well as plausibility and completeness checks

Communication interface with the approval authority and ensuring deadlines

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining records of conditions

Consulting and supporting responsible operators in the areas of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), Water Resources Act (WHG), water protection, and emission control, as well as independently developing protective measures
