    Description

    Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a part-time Sales Associate to join its Century City Mall location in Los Angeles, California.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals
    • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises' features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
    • Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
    • Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store
    • Assist in bi-annual inventory cycle
    • Follow all store operational policies and procedures
    • Client Book Management

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years retail experience
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Familiar with Excel, Word and Internet
    • This position is a part-time role. As such, and in order to meet our business needs, it is essential that you are available to work a minimum of three (3) weekdays per week and open availability on one (1) day every weekend

    SALARY & BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER:

    The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $20 per hour plus commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience. If applicable, we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, vacation time, sick and personal time, medical, dental and vision insurance, and 401k matching. We also offer discounts on travel, entertainment, and more through our partnership with PerkSpot. MJ employees also receive discounts on MJ products throughout the year, as well as access to discounts on other LVMH brands.
