    Als Sales Associate (m/w) sind Sie dafr verantwortlich, ein erstklassiges Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. Durch den Einsatz modernster Technologien ermglichen Sie unseren Kunden einen nahtlosen bergang zwischen unserer Website und unseren Einzelhandelsgeschften.

    In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Manager, den Store Supervisors und einem Team von sehr sympathischen Mitarbeitern helfen Sie unseren Kunden, ihre Leidenschaft zu leben. Sie werden Teil einer eng verbundenen Gruppe von Mitarbeitern, die aktiv zusammenarbeiten, um ehrgeizige Ziele zu erreichen und Zeitplne einzuhalten, um das Geschft voranzutreiben.
    In dieser Position sind Sie dem Store Manager unterstellt.
    **Verantwortlichkeiten**
    Sie verkrpern unsere Kultur und Werte und geben unseren Kunden Einblicke, wie sie ihre Leidenschaft leben knnen.
    Aktive Einbindung unserer Kunden auf neue und sinnvolle Art und Weise durch die Vermittlung von Wissen ber Stoffe, Eigenschaften, Passform und Funktion unserer Produkte.
    Frdern Sie das Kundenengagement innerhalb und auerhalb des Ladens, von Veranstaltungen und Aktionen bis hin zu Gemeinschaftsprojekten.
    Kommunikation des Inventar- und Schulungsbedarfs an den Store Manager, um das Kundenerlebnis insgesamt zu verbessern.
    Aufrechterhaltung von Merchandising-Richtlinien,

    die das Einkaufen in der Filiale erleichtern und dem Kunden einen Mehrwert beim Kauf bieten.
    Aktive Beteiligung an der Bereitstellung und Pflege von Feedback an den Store Manager, um das Geschft kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
    Streben nach Exzellenz und Erreichen und bertreffen der Geschftsziele in Bezug auf Leistung, Produktivitt, Effizienz und Qualittsstandards.
    Behalten Sie Ihren persnlichen Umsatz bei und erreichen Sie Ihre Verkaufsziele.

    Auspacken von Kartons fr die Inventur nach Bedarf. Kisten knnen 10-30 lbs. wiegen.
    **Erforderliche Qualifikationen**
    Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer Einzelhandelsumgebung

    bevorzugt.
    Kenntnisse und Vertrautheit mit einem aktiven Lebensstil wie Yoga, Radfahren/Spinning, Pilates, Krafttraining, Laufen, Ernhrung und anderen gesunden Aktivitten.
    Fhigkeit zur sozialen Interaktion mit Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Geschftspartnern innerhalb und auerhalb des Geschftsumfelds.
    Fhigkeit, mit groen Teams zu arbeiten.
    Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fhigkeiten, eine positive Einstellung und die Fhigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein
    Vertrautheit mit Einzelhandelsinventar

    und POS-Systemen.
    Selbstmotivierte, energiegeladene Person, die sich im Umgang mit der ffentlichkeit wohlfhlt und ein guter Kommunikator mit der angeborenen Fhigkeit ist, das Beste aus anderen herauszuholen.
    Fhigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu erledigen, Prioritten zu setzen und gut unter Druck zu arbeiten.
    Flexibilitt bei den Arbeitszeiten, Bereitschaft, abends, an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.
    Diese Position erfordert stndiges Bewegen, Sprechen, Hren, Greifen und Stehen fr mindestens zwei aufeinanderfolgende Stunden. Gelegentlich kann es erforderlich sein, sich zu bcken, zu knien, zu hocken und auf Leitern zu steigen.
