Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products
• Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:

• Have own clients base like department stores
• Must have 5+ years sales experience
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Experience with pointofsale (POS) systems is preferred
• Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is a plus
