Job DescriptionA top-rated hotel group is seeking a Director of Sales to lead its sales and marketing efforts for its property based in the Hampton, Virginia area. Responsibilities will include identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities within the Hampton market and this role will work closely with leadership to uncover new business prospects and nurture existing accounts to achieve our revenue goals.
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Base salary with up to 35% bonus potential, Comprehensive Health Insurance, 401k, PTO, Sick Pay, and much more
-Direct experience with some or all the following hotel sales categories:
-Solid budget management skills including forecasting, file balancing, auditing, research, and segment sales reviews
-Knowledge of hotel operations, competitive set rates, property positioning, promotional offers, and packaging
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Sales CRM, etc.
-4-year college degree preferred
