(R&K) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with core capabilities in Mission Support, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Exercise/Training, and Defense Healthcare in support of our Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian customers.

R&K supports Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Airspace, Ranges, and Airfield Operations Division (A3A) by providing technical, logístical, and operational support to ACC airfields, special use airspace, and ranges.

Resources and Budget Division (A3R) provides financial support; fiscal guidance; professional development; civilian manpower; and planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) for the Operations Directorate (A3).

International Affairs Security Cooperation (IAS) supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to include foreign military participation in United States (U.S)-hosted exercises.

Duties:
Shall provide support to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute resource requirements.

Assist in performing capabilities, program, and cost analyses for A3 Division funding requirements to include managing, developing, and analyzing resource documentation for the core A3 mission in support of program execution.

In addition, the contractor shall:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, in Accounting or Business Administration

Three years' experience USAF MAJCOM or higher in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Command level Financial Execution Plans.
