- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions with our accelerators.
- Confidently articulate the pros and cons of different technical solutions, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact.
- Facilitate continuous knowledge transfer to client development teams through collaborative efforts, ensuring they are well-equipped to discuss our solutions effectively.
- Identify opportunities from qualified leads and nurture relationships to pave the way for future sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on our Company offerings as well as other relevant technical solutions, enabling the ability to propose existing solutions to quick and confident deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in both qualitative and hands-on capacities.
- Develop and deliver impactful descriptions of our project stories tailored to clients' needs and based on previous conversations, effectively showcasing the capabilities of our solutions.
- Share feedback with relevant technical teams, ensuring they are kept up to date on the latest technologies while engaged in client projects.
- Assist in the development and improvement of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, case studies, and blogs.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks from either a hands-on engineering or systems design/architecture perspective.
- Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple and competing demands while working with key stakeholders on prioritization of projects across the organization.
- Knowledge of common enterprise data architecture and various data platforms.
- Experienced in working with data pipelines, tabular models, and popular analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to communicate and empathize with all levels of customers – executives, end users, developers.
- Demonstrated ability to independently and logically frame a problem, provide the analysis required to answer the question, and drive the resolution is mandatory.
- Self-motivated with the ability to dive right in, be effective and make a difference.
- Strong presentation skills and presence, technical acumen, ability to simplify the complex, working cross-functionally.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and technical gaps.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory minimum of 3+ years of Technical Sales and/or Sales Engineering.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role, you'll enable solution sales as well as deepen partner relationships by being hands-on and well-versed in emerging technologies. This position requires high collaboration across multiple teams and a strong technical background with a customer-centric approach, providing sales guidance and expertise in architecting solutions.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $160,000 to $225,000 USD/annually plus commission. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
