    Summary:


    At a high level, the Organizational Change Management Lead goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees and their daily work.

    These improvements increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

    More specifically they will focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping team members to adopt Project changes to process, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, etc.

    Change Management LeadDuration: 1 year with option to extend for continuous years per businessLocation: Glendale, CA 100% onsitePay : Negotiable, desirable

    Overall Responsibilities:
    Influence and lead the change to better acclimate the new process for the an ongoing expansion project.
    Anticipate any resistance, either from the floor from operators, leadership, support groups (i.e. in this facility the only direct team is manufacturing anyone that is under the group of fractionization.
    Change management, change leaders, and those involved in business transformation or business process improvement.
    Project management leaders responsible for ensuring adoption and realizing benefits.

    Provides regular updates to Project Manager and other Stakeholders as requestedTraining and communication professionals working with teams on large rollouts.

    Advising internal and external stakeholders on changes.
    Preparing and presenting proposals detailing revisions to working processes, job functions and organizational structures.
    Forming and directing the Change Management strategy; applying established Change Management techniques and processes.


    Qualifications :
    5 years' experience with proven effective communication (facilitating meeting, showcasing leadership, cross-functional operations, etc)5 years' experience of proven organization skills, project leader, project management5 years' experience Change ManagementProven track record of leading training programsMotivational, determine, showcasing potential to lead, and championProject Management experience preferred - develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client at multiple levels and ensure high quality deliverables of the teamMicrosoft Suites is a must: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookSelf motivator and influencerLogistics#J-18808-Ljbffr
