Lead Manager
Job Summary:
The Lead Manager oversees lead management, ensuring efficient handling and follow-up of all leads.
Responsibilities include monitoring and reassigning leads, providing agent feedback, conducting training sessions, organizing call parties, and tracking incoming online calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Distribute and reassign CRM leads.
- Monitor lead followup and ensure proper agent engagement.
- Review online lead recordings and provide feedback.
- Send monthly Lead Metrics reports.
- Track Incoming calls and maintain a spreadsheet.
- Ensure agents update and categorize CRM leads.
- Monitor agent compliance with CRM leads.
Training and Development:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on lead conversion.
- Restructure noninteractive classes as needed.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
Call Parties:
- Lead role play and review lead conversion steps.
- Coach agents during call times.
- Celebrate agents securing interviews.
Other Tasks:
- Propose monthly improvements to the lead system.
- Seek additional tasks when needed.
Compensation:
- $25-30 per hour, plus overtime, possible bonuses.
- Full Time. accrued Vacation, accrued sick and holiday pay.

Bachelors Degree required
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
