    **Description**

    The Director of Retail Logistics and Supply Chain Operations, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, is responsible for overseeing the quantitative and qualitative analyses, execution of operating plans, and delivering triple bottom line results in the assigned logistics and supply chain channels. The Director of Retail Logistics and Supply Chain Operations, acting within the scope of Goodwill Northern New Englands Citizenship Behaviors and a continuous improvement operational culture, drives operational excellence to achieve an integrated triple bottom line sustainability objectives: social justice and responsibility, environmental sustainability, and financial health.

    This position will be based in Gorham, Maine

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field or applicable experience

    Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of logistics, distribution, demand planning, inventory management, space allocation

    Prior experience in logistics and supply chain management, financial planning, performance management, change leadership, successfully driving process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives

    Working knowledge and understanding of retail operations, wholesale, recycling

    Strategic thinking and analytical skills sufficient to successfully operate independently and with minimal support

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    High level computer skills, including knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office and digital commerce software applications

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Masters degree

    Six Sigma Black Belt

    Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management
