- We are looking for an Incident Management PM to join our leading client's team.
- Pay Range: $67- $72/hour
- Proficient in incident management, operational resiliency, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities, providing leadership and
- expertise to resolve incidents promptly.
- Proficient in incident management tools and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and efficiently prioritize and manage multiple incidents.
- Experience in establishing incident management playbooks, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective incident resolution.
- Experience in coordinating and consulting with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, risk, functional groups, other BU's, and client
- services to establish clear communication and collaboration lines during incidents.
- Experience in developing and conducting testing scenarios, tabletop exercises to ensure playbooks' and procedures' completeness and effectiveness.
- Ability to analyze incident data and trends to identify root causes, recurring issues, and develop strategies/opportunities for preventing future
- incidents.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Risk, or Controls.
- Proficient in crisis management, disaster, business recovery, and continuity management
- Proficient in Wealth Management products and services, including Trust, Investment, Banking, or Brokerage.
- In-depth understanding of risk management practices including cyber security and their application in Financial Services organizations including the
- effect of regulation on operational resiliency matters
- Experience supporting projects' implementation and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of technologies relevant to the responsibilities
- Good grasp of data analytics and related tools including Power BI
- Effective collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to drive execution
- Application of key business drivers' knowledge and factors that optimize department performance
