DTI has an immediate requirement for a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's InfraGard Program for a long-term project in Chicago, IL.

    Scope of Work:
    The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (MPEA) is in search of a qualified IT consultant to join the FBI's InfraGard Program. This role involves managing and securing MPEA's IT infrastructure, supporting a diverse team of around 40-50 staff members. Responsibilities include maintaining IT functions, ensuring cybersecurity, and enhancing critical infrastructure resilience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • IT Management: Oversee IT operations across different workspaces including workstations, offices, collaboration spaces, and meeting rooms. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of all IT and A/V systems.
    • Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Monitor and maintain network security systems, conduct risk assessments, and respond to cybersecurity incidents promptly.
    • Incident Response and Forensics: Investigate cybersecurity incidents, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate responses to cyber threats.
    • Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Remotely monitor equipment and provide ongoing maintenance. Manage help desk support services and offer training on cybersecurity best practices.
    • Infrastructure and Equipment Management: Maintain IT, A/V, and other infrastructure, manage software licenses, and recommend enhancements for current software and equipment.
    • Local Account Management: Coordinate all IT-related activities for MPEA and ensure on-site presence twice a week.
    Qualifications:
    • Extensive IT management and cybersecurity experience
    • Proven ability in securing IT infrastructure and responding to cybersecurity incidents
    • Strong knowledge of network security, malware protection, and forensic analysis
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
    • Ability to provide on-site support and manage remote monitoring effectively
    • Experience in A/V systems, software management, and IT support services
    Term and Compensation:
    Term: Full-time position with an initial contract of three (3) years, extendable annually up to a two (2) year term.
    Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
