Your responsibilities:


  • Development, validation and execution of enzymatic assays, including HTSbased methods, based on scientific publications and own ideas
  • Development and execution of methods for analyzing biocatalytic reactions using chiral and achiral HPLC, GC and MS, including automatic evaluation of results and characterization of byproducts
  • Cultivation of microorganisms
  • Maintenance of HPLC equipment
  • Independent documentation of laboratory work

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a laboratory technician or similar (BTA, CTA, CBTA)
  • Professional experience in a comparable field
  • Experience in enzyme assay development
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical methods, HPLC, GC, MS
  • Knowledge of data organization and management
  • Proficient in English, knowledge of German is not mandatory
