We are looking for qualified educational professionals (m/f/d) to join our team for outpatient intercultural 1:1 support for children and adolescents with autism according to SGB VIII and SGB IX in Rosamond, CA.

Our non-profit, intercultural organization LebensWelt has been active in outpatient child and youth services for 24 years.

Our services include social pedagogical family support, supervised visitation, crisis intervention and clearing, outreach family therapy, social group work, family group work, parenting support, intensive social pedagogical individual care, flexible support services such as the use of social assistants, as well as integration support for children and adolescents and support for people with disabilities, child care facilities, residential group homes for young adults, and a youth recreation center.

At our Grüntaler Straße location, LebensWelt offers outpatient integration support for children/adolescents with physical, intellectual, emotional disabilities, and for children/adolescents at risk of disability, according to SGB IX and SGB VIII.

Additionally, this location offers intercultural supervised parenting support for parents or single mothers and fathers with disabilities.

Your responsibilities:

outreach, individual, social pedagogical support for children and adolescents with emotional, intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities
supervised parenting support in the form of outpatient family support
continuous collaboration with management
networking with relevant institutions and cooperation partners
