We are currently seeking a new team member for our administrative department in Rathdrum, ID to join us as a Bookkeeper.

Exciting job profile:

  • Recording and booking of ongoing business transactions (receivables, payables, cash, bank, etc.)
  • Ensuring payment transactions
  • Managing reminders and monitoring outstanding balances
  • Monitoring deadlines and dates
  • Administrative tasks in personnel management
  • Payroll and salary accounting
  • Creating evaluations and statistics
  • Preparatory work for the annual financial statements
  • Contributing to the optimization of accounting processes
