    Safe Step Walk-In Tub is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Coordinator.

    This is a Hybrid role based out of City(ies), State(s) location, in accordance with the Safe Step Flex schedule.


    Responsibilities:

    • To analyze and accurately reconcile expense payables
    • General ledger (GL) code and key of expense payables into Finance legacy system
    • Communicate with all levels of personnel as needed for resolution and payment approval
    • Responsible for processing, analyzing, and maintenance of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
    • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers
    • Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes preferred
    • Basic understanding of accounting concepts through course-work or relevant experience preferred
    • Basic knowledge of purchase orders, billing and payment processing
    • Previous experience in Sage and QuickBooks is a plus
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
    • Demonstrate knowledge in performance of basic to intermediate-level commands in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong 10-key and/or Alpha-Numeric data entry skills which includes both speed and accuracy
    • Exhibit proper understanding of credits and debits
    • Highly developed analytical skills
    • Able to analyze complex issues and to make recommendations for proper actions

    • Pay Range: $ $20.63
    • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
    • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
