- Review and assign invoices to approvers in Concur based on company workflows
- Process up to 1500 invoices weekly
- Manually input time-sensitive invoices into Great Plains
- Create new vendors in Great Plains and SOP Concur
- Prepare and print weekly check batches
- Handle 1099 Processing at year end
- Contribute to special projects and other assigned tasks
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a shared service, multi-entity environment
- Prior experience with SAP Concur and/or Great Plains preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance policies

Our Accounts Payable team manages all accounts payable across our entity network. The Accounts Payable Coordinator must excel in invoice processing, expense allocations, and building strong relationships with employees and vendors. Handling confidential information with discretion is a key aspect of the role. Attention to detail and precision are crucial. This position requires meeting deadlines, self-sufficiency, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and analytical skills.
This position offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days in the office per week.
