SecuriGence is seeking a talented Quality Manager to help contribute to our success. We are seeking a highly motivated and experience leader to join our team as a Quality Manager.This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our quality management systems, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards, and leading the development and implementation of governance frameworks.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services developed and managed exceed Government quality standards.
Manage and Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality management system (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Provide oversight of quality assurance, quality management, performance and quality control systems to ensure complianceAnalyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address any non-conformities.
Perform quality management audits and reviews to ensure process adherence (e.g., SOPs) in each operational unitManage and lead a team of quality analysts through developing and mentoring staff and ensuring effective communication of quality approach and standards.
Develop and oversee an effective quality management system to continuously identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining adherence to contract driven key performance requirements.
Establish standards governing stakeholder interactions and implement monitoring programs.Manage internal and external client expectations related to quality management and effectively communicate quality standards across the program.
Develop and implement effective governance frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organizationFoster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organizationSchedule and coordinate all the quality and performance monitoring activities of the quality staff across the program; prepare QA reports.
Analyze quality data and suggest methods for improving quality, design, and business processes.Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years' experience managing teams and engaging directly with senior technical leadership or program management to identify project risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
Experience developing and executing Knowledge Management and Quality Plans.Experience in creating and implementing plans to ensure quality of IT products, services and systems.
Experience in assuring the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
7-10 years of experience in quality management and leadershipProven experience in developing, implementing and maintaining a QMS based on recognized standards (e.g., ISO 9001)Must have a DoD Top Secret ClearanceStrong understanding of risk management principles and best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamScrum, Six Stigma, PMI-ACP or similar certification highly desiredExperience with internal auditing (Preferred)Experience in a regulated industry is a plusAboutSecuriGence LLC (SG) is an agile, HUBZone Certified Veteran-owned small business headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan region.
