Best-Egg Products Konfeld GmbH & Co. KG is a company of the Hennes Group. As a family business in its second generation, our company presents itself as both traditional and innovative. For over 20 years, we have successfully produced egg products.

In order to continue this tradition and success, we are currently seeking a Quality Management/Quality Assurance Employee (m/f) to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of guidelines from IFS standard (Food), HACCP, TACCP, and other external standards
  • Handling of food law issues, communication with customers and authorities
  • Development, improvement, and updating of the quality management system and monitoring its implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with guidelines in collaboration with other departments
  • Preparation and execution of internal and external audits and certifications
  • Creation and documentation of evaluations
  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive training concept
  • Expansion and maintenance of the intranet quality management
  • Management of complaints

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in food/biotechnology or equivalent education
  • Relevant work experience in quality management
  • Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • Proactive and independent work style
  • Knowledge of audit preparation and support
  • Teamwork and ability to handle pressure
  • Proficient in common computer programs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
