Your Responsibilities

  • You are part of the Kaufland core team for food safety, where quality managers from purchasing, sales, logistics, and construction work together to further develop the topic of food safety for Kaufland
  • You evaluate questions regarding food safety
  • You coordinate reporting on food safety in close coordination with the quality assurance of Kaufland countries
  • You enjoy contributing your knowledge and ideas in creating hazard analyses, developing control instruments for processes, and conducting on-site reviews in different countries
  • You conduct trainings on food safety

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in food chemistry, food technology, nutrition science, or a related field and experience in risk assessment of food
  • You are familiar with terms such as food safety, microbiology, and HACCP
