- Administer, monitor, and develop programs under the Guest Care purview: Case management, Recovery Case Manager.
- Work closely with the Senior and Assistant Directors to establish and implement goals for program ministry
- Work collaboratively across disciplines to identify individual needs to be addressed to facilitate an effective program planning
- Maintain and improve community contacts to ensure referrals to community providers and support networks Provide organizational, spiritual, and administrative leadership to all direct reports, including training, development, hiring, scheduling, goal setting/evaluations, and performance management (including corrective action)
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, disclose limited guest information as required by outside entities
- Be an informed advocate in the area of homelessness, addiction, and domestic violence
- Prepare monthly statistical and narrative reports as required
- Produce and distribute schedules, maintain accurate and timely records and ensure that all guests are logged into Clarity upon arrival at the Mission
- Assure the administration of urine tests and breathalyzers to program
- A sound understanding of trauma-informed care
- Attend and participate in Mission and departmental meetings and training
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and training as appropriate for guest success
- Position-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in Social, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field is required. A combination of education and seven years of relatable experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Five years of experience as a Case Manager or a related role in a recovery program is required
- Two years of previous supervisory experience is required
- Proficient in working in a CRM system (Clarity is highly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is preferred

Description

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time in a temperature-controlled environment.
