Your responsibilities:

You support your branch manager in all aspects of managing, organizing, and motivating your team of 2040 employees
This includes optimizing processes behind the scenes, as well as working handson on the sales floor
You take care of scheduling and inventory and act as the branch manager's representative in their absence
Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Your profile:

Professional experience in retail or a similar industry, with previous leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible shifts

Aboveaverage salary of 2,85 3,626 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
