For our renowned client, a major healthcare provider in Lower Saxony, we are currently seeking a full-time Chief Physician (m/f/d) for the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine in Greensburg.

The hospital has around 20 specialized departments and treats over [number] patients annually, both inpatient and outpatient. The Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine has over 40 beds and treats approximately [number] young patients each year. The hospital is located near the Dortmund-Ems Canal, approximately [number] kilometers from the North Sea. It is also easily accessible from the Netherlands, just a 45-minute drive away. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE * Taking responsibility for the team and the department * Providing professional, organizational, and scientific representation for the department * Shaping and developing the clinic YOUR PROFILE - PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL * Medical degree and specialist training in pediatrics and adolescent medicine * Several years of professional experience as a chief physician or senior physician * Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Fluent in German and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
