My client specializes in providing tailored insurance solutions for commercial properties, leveraging data analytics and artificial intelligence to deliver unmatched precision and efficiency.

    Role Overview:

    As a Senior E&S Underwriter, you'll play a pivotal role in assessing risk, developing underwriting strategies, and driving profitable growth within the commercial property portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and utilize state-of-the-art tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate complex commercial property and habitational risks and determine appropriate coverage solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.
    • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
    • Work closely with our technology team to enhance underwriting processes and efficiency.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior underwriters.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial property underwriting, with a focus on E&S lines.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in using underwriting software and data analytics tools.
