Description

The Senior Accountant will be joining a team of 3 that support the research arm of the organization. They will be interpreting and manipulating day to day. They have blocks of times when they do specific tasks. General ledger accounting.

The do balance sheets, ap/inner company payments for sites and providers that are contributing to research, very task based work.

They are getting frequent emails with questions about the work that they have previously done. This role is more of a technical senior accountant role, there are not any direct reports underneath you. High level staff and senior work. The team is laid back.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors in accounting
5+years of accounting exp, general ledger experience(work is very contract driven)
Microsoft Excel experience (look up formulas, pivot tables, familiarity with taking information and doing something with it)

- self-starter/task based executer/resourceful

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CPA
Healthcare or research accounting experience
