    BerkOne also provides outsourcing services to complement these solutions, including inbound mail prep, imaging, document indexing, remittance processing, and outbound print and mail.

    Very few vendors offer this combination of Solutions and Services, which is why our approach to Document Process Automation positions us to grow and dominate the process automation space well into the future.

    Continually analyze market trends and data to make informed strategic decisions and identify opportunities.

    • Create and develop product playbooks for sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
    Remote Opportunity

    • However, you will meet with your team via MS Teams to stay connected and may also be required to periodically travel to BerkOne's office in Bethlehem, PA as needed for training and meetings.
    • Full-time Position: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

    • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or equivalent knowledge of IT Software/Services Field, commercial, technical and/or industry practice and principles; Minimum - 8 years related experience and/or training; Expert knowledge of project management software, such as SmartSheets, Trello, Jira, or comparable tools.
    • IT Software/Services industry experience is preferred, but not required.
