Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the transformation of the company's digital system landscape, consisting of PIM, DAM, CMS, and configurators.
You will ensure a continuous evaluation and integration of new digital developments.
You will contribute to the design of the longterm brand strategy.
You will work closely with the global IT department and international technical development locations to coordinate tasks.
You will manage internal interfaces with the marketing departments of German and international sales companies.
You will maintain continuous collaboration and provide advice to shareholders and management in Germany and abroad.
You will lead and develop a team of seven in the digital department.
You will shape the service provider landscape.
You will be responsible for the digital marketing budget.

Your profile:

You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in leading marketing departments in a digital environment, ideally in a global familyowned company.
