    LOCATION:
    Washington, D.C. or Indianapolis, Indiana MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Participating in the planning, organization and execution of assigned inspection projects.
    • Developing, implementing and monitoring nationwide management inspection protocols intended to assess operational compliance with CBP core process programs/operations.
    • Serving as a "technical expert" in providing MID field personnel with the required.
    • guidance, instruction, and procedural references necessary to effectively execute and successfully complete MID inspections in the most efficient and effective manner.
    • Preparing detailed and completed reports, memoranda, briefings, and profiles in support of MID activities and plans.
    • Ensuring that accurate, appropriately concise and timely information is available to executive management and policy officials.
    • Conducting comprehensive evaluations, inspections, financial reviews, and other analytical assessments of programs, functions, and work processes.
    • Utilizing a wide range of analytical techniques and methodologies including qualitative and/or quantitative analysis.
    • Planning and organizing assigned management inspection projects.
