    to hire position for a Customer Service Representative. The position will be in office and hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The position is located in the Outerloop area. Qualifications: + One to three years experience in a customer service support center environment preferably in manufacturing with heavy emphasis on sales and distribution + Basic math and typing skills + Micro Soft Word and Excel skills + High School diploma or equivalent Responsibilities + Primary contact between customers sales staff and other departments on inquires, order related issues, product information, credits and other issues pertaining to customers + Process change orders, credits, and product return authorizations + Run customer order reports to proactively get orders shipped Skills + Follow-up + Typing Skills + Basic Computer Skills + Customer support + CUSTOMER ORDERS/SALES + Customer Relationship Management + Customer Relations Education + High School (required) Qualifications + Years of experience: 4 years + Experience level: Entry Level Shift: First Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
