Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) for one of our clients, a leading international company for quality and safety solutions in Hamburg.

The position is to be filled through temporary employment at Arbeits-Express Management GmbH. We are a regional personnel service provider from Hamburg and place specialists and managers in the fields of finance, office and IT with recognized and well-known companies in Hamburg and the surrounding area through direct placement and temporary employment.

Your tasks

Support of national and international customers
Expansion of existing and new customer relationships
Active customer consultation to ensure compliance with regulations
Examination of inquiries for completeness and feasibility
Coordination of service offerings
Close cooperation with other departments

Your profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
First professional experience and knowledge in the export/logistics sector or in the TIC industry and in customer service are desirable
Strong customer orientation, teamwork and excellent communication skills
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
Ability to successfully coordinate customer and business requirements
Proficient in MS Office
