    Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a 05+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Louisville, KY( Training onsite then Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

    Pay Range: $17.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
    • Enters customer orders, takes inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, fields email customer email requests, manages Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
    • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
    • 1+ years customer service experience
