As an HR Business Partner, youll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organizationYour key responsibilities include:
Department Oversight:
Collaborate with another HR Business Partner to manage a total of 50 departments on campus. Youll be responsible for 25 departments, overseeing their HR needs, policies, and processes.
Regularly update organizational charts to reflect changes within your assigned departments.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all 25 assigned departments. This involves identifying talent needs, creating job descriptions, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Effective Communication:
Act as a liaison between HR and the departments you oversee. Communicate important updates, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment.
Coordinate with departments regarding semester functions, such as events, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Onboarding Excellence:
Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new hires. Ensure they have a clear understanding of company culture, policies, and their roles.
Continuously improve the onboarding process to enhance employee engagement and retention.
In summary, as an HR Business Partner, youll be the bridge between HR and the various departments, contributing to organizational success by fostering a positive work environment and supporting effective talent management.
