OnSpot Dermatology is seeking a driven candidate to join its growing sales and marketing team The world's first mobile dermatology clinic is expanding, and we are looking for a Partner Success Representative who will help build relationships in our current community and corporate partners.
OnSpot's mission is to create a patient experience like no other. Our team does this by bringing its state-of-the-art mobile clinics to new locations daily, where patients receive dermatology care from world-class medical providers at our accessible and convenient Derma DriveTM events. The sales and marketing team is instrumental in identifying these communities, companies and organizations where the clinic will offer its services.
We are looking for a proactive and creative teammate who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. In the Partner Success role, you will continue to build relationships with current community and company partners, as well as work directly with the territory's Business Development Representative to fill the calendar with Derma DriveTM events. Your efforts will make each Derma DriveTM a success by maximizing patient volume through marketing initiatives, "scheduling events" and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with community and company partner contacts to optimize advertising/marketing outreach and maximize patient volume for Derma DriveTM events
- Manage a list of current community and corporate partners to ensure successful Derma DriveTM events by providing partners with marketing material, event details and help with delivering event participants
- Develop strong relationships with community partner contacts to foster long term partnerships
- Set up "scheduling events" and other on-site marketing efforts to generate more patient appointments
- Brainstorm and implement new partner outreach efforts to increase patient bookings
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align on messaging and outbound sales initiatives
- Develop expertise in existing service areas (territories) to identify growth opportunities
- Book out future events on the calendar for existing community and company partners
- Work closely with Business Development Representative to co-manage community and corporate partners within territory
- Attend health fairs with different partnerships to interact with potential patients to talk about OnSpot and book potential appointments
Qualifications:
Experience with marketing and relationship building
- Growth-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in joining an early-stage startup
- Willingness to display flexibility in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment
- Team player who wants to learn
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
- Organization and time management efforts are a priority
- Willingness to travel, and work onsite at events
- Bachelor's degree required
