- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Lead the planning and coordination of large-scale government electrical projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to oversee and guide the execution of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide technical support to project teams and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise
- Budgeting and Resource Management:
- Develop project budgets, closely monitor expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize project outcomes
- Government Compliance:
- Stay abreast of government regulations, codes, and standards relevant to electrical projects
- Ensure that all projects adhere to government compliance requirements and facilitate necessary inspections
- Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction
- Quality Control:
- Implement and oversee rigorous quality control processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship in every project
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing large government electrical projects
- Strong technical background in electrical systems and installations
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
