For our Meetings & Events department in Germany, we are currently looking for a dedicated

JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

to join our agile event team and assist in the execution of various event formats, from conferences and meetings to team building activities, client events, and incentive trips, both nationally and internationally.

Do you have experience in MEETING MANAGEMENT? Then you are the perfect fit for us.

Whether you have a background in events or a business education in the travel industry, at a trade fair company, a service provider, or a hotel - we are looking for a professional like you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end organization of events, from consultation and proposal to contract management, execution, and final billing
  • Providing outstanding service, including research, creative event proposals, budget planning and control
  • Negotiating with suppliers, coordinating and controlling interfaces
  • Managing all project data using a Meeting Management Tool (e.g. Cvent)
  • Participant management, website management, and on-site event support if necessary
