    Job DescriptioniKrusher is one of the leading brands of vape technology hardware. The HQ is located near Los Angeles, California, in the City of Arcadia and includes R&D in its facility. We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to work in our Operations Department and support our customers and internal Sales Teams.

    Position Overview: We're seeking a Customer Care Representative specializing in the vape industry to manage inquiries and support requests stemming from our website's product sales. This pivotal role involves addressing customer concerns related to product functionality, returns, exchanges, and post-sales services.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, and live chat, offering comprehensive support on product-related issues and troubleshooting.
    • Efficiently process product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims while ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve intricate customer issues, ensuring swift resolutions and proper escalation channels when necessary.
    • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions to facilitate streamlined communication and follow-ups.
    • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information and expert guidance to customers.

    Requirements:
    • Proven track record in customer service, ideally within the vape device industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and product intricacies.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is highly desirable.
    • Associate Degree or equivalent level of work experience.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with a diverse customer base.
    • Strong problem-solving acumen coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing accordingly.
    • Proficiency in utilizing customer service software and tools to optimize service delivery.
    Job Type: Full-time Hourly Onsite. Remote is not allowed.Benefits:
    • Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
    • Eligible for the company's 401k plan after 90 days of employment.
    • Sick hours are earned from date of hire and eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
    • 7 paid holidays per year.
    • Eligible to earn vacation time after 3 months of employment.
