- Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information and expert guidance to customers.
- Proven track record in customer service, ideally within the vape device industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and product intricacies.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Associate Degree or equivalent level of work experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with a diverse customer base.
- Strong problem-solving acumen coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing accordingly.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer service software and tools to optimize service delivery.
