    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing phone calls, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining files and records, and providing general administrative support to the team. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role.

    Qualifications

    • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Professional and friendly demeanor
    • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
