Our financial services client is looking for an IT Services Management Lead to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Pay Rate:
$ $90.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate.

The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities of the IT Services Management Lead:
Provide and implement a strategy for IT Service Management and delivery of services throughout the technology organization
Lead both the processes used and the ServiceNow tool in the implementation of ITIL services
Develop a multi-gen roadmap for Service Management and the ServiceNow Platform supporting the client's Public Coud migration
Manage the overall implementations and execution of key ITIL deliverables related to the Public Cloud migration
Drive ongoing implementation and adoption of ITOM Visibility Management and ITOM Operations Management
Continue to improve IT Asset Management using SAM Professional and HAM
Continue the concentration of improving End of Life processes for software and hardware
Support all governance activities
Interface with the IT leadership to gather Voice of the Customer information
Use metrics to analyze current process capability and to drive continuous improvement
Provide comprehensive consultation to management regarding long- and short-range business requirements
Recommend innovations that anticipate the future directions of both business and information technology

Requirements of the IT Services Management Lead:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years of IT experience
At least 8 years of experience leading IT Strategy
At least 8 years of experience in IT Leadership and managing a geographically distributed team (Globally)
At least 8 years of experience with responsibility for ITIL processes
At least 5 years of exeperience serving as a ServiceNow Platform Owner
Experience in Financial Services
Experience working in a highly regulated industry including presenting to the OCC and FRB
Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow
