    Description

    Position: Production Support Analyst/Engineer

    Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

    Duration: 6+ Months.

    Pay Range: $(60-70)/HR

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications.
    • Manage incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and monitor job performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to address technical challenges.
    • Utilize IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing and task management.

    Requirements:

    • Expertise in incident management, job monitoring, and root cause analysis.
    • Proficiency in Ab Initio or similar ETL tools, Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL.
    • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools.
    • Experienced with Oracle Financials Cloud, focusing on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.
    • Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools like Oracle Financial Reporting and OTBI.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
