    If you're an IT Technician looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people's lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

    We have an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Support Analyst to join our team in our Tampa, FL office. This position is working Monday-Friday daytime hours.

    How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Technical Analyst is responsible for:

    • Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems. Respond to tickets/calls, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner. Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.
    • Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades.
    • Manage user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups.
    • Repair, re-image, and test pc's for deployment
    • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer any system related concerns from users
    • Travel to offices within region
    • Some weekend coverage
