In 2022, MGA has introduced MGA Behavior Therapy, offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

The Clinical Case Manager reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services and handles the coordination of clinical staff and patient/family clientele.
Aside from client care coordination, this role involves clinical staff education and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
The individual in this position will be engaged in program development, implementation, and collaborating with Client Service Managers to establish new relationships with referral and community resources.
They will also provide training on clinical skills/procedures, supervise field LPNs/RNs, and offer support, guidance, and education to patients and their families to ensure their well-being.
Additionally, the Clinical Case Manager must handle office responsibilities to guarantee the effective development and implementation of individualized care plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements for this role include a valid CPR card, a current health certificate, and a minimum of two years of nursing experience in a Home Care or Acute setting.
The company offers an annual base pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience, along with various benefits such as health, dental & vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, insurance coverage, and more.
