- Bachelor's Degree in Community Health or Social Services.
- Experience in case management or community health advocacy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
