The individual in this role will be responsible for defining and architecting the strategic direction for VAS PD, ensuring technology business operational excellence, assisting with investment strategy, and driving the execution of key initiatives across the organization working across the VAS PD leadership team.
This role requires a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of global payment products, external payment technology landscape, software development processes and technologies, M&A related investment strategies, Generative AI, along with a strong ability to lead high-performing teams.
This leadership role is essential to the successful growth and development of the organization.The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a proven track record of leading successful teams and an ability to drive and manage change.
Specific Responsibilities:
Drives the overall VAS PD strategy and develops VAS PD Goals and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).Investigates and recommends new innovations and capabilities to implement into the technology driven organization.
Implement operational efficiency and excellence across the VAS PD business operations function and with the VAS Product team.
Assist technology due diligence for VAS PD related mergers & acquisitions, and investments, partnering with VAS PD technology stakeholders.
Develop and track metrics and trends that focus on end-to-end efficiency from product requirements to development cycle time and velocity.
Partners with Product teams on monitoring and reporting on project portfolio management and performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Leads the creation and development of executive presentations including, but not limited to Quarterly Business Review (QBRs).Supports a globally distributed team of 2800+ employees.
