JOB SUMMARY:

As a Mission Critical Market Sector Leader with our esteemed construction firm, you will play a pivotal role in growing our market presence and executing high-stakes projects in the mission-critical sector.

This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in general contracting, project management, and a proven track record of successfully building strong client relationships, leading pursuits and delivering complex projects within the mission-critical sector.

SALARY RANGE:
$195,000 - $295,000, annually _(companywide)_

It's 100% companyfunded and is invested in BNBuilders stock. You can participate in this longterm plan after you complete 1 year of service (with at least 1,000 hours).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the missioncritical construction division.
Collaborate with senior management to align construction goals with overall company objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and innovations to ensure our projects are at the forefront of excellence.

Project Oversight:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of missioncritical construction projects from inception to delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Implement rigorous risk management practices to anticipate and address potential challenges.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop new business to support the growth of the mission critical business unit.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership:

Build and lead a highperforming team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Provide mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth within the team.
Promote a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement and enforce strict quality assurance processes to ensure the highest construction standards are met.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Collaborate with the finance team to monitor project costs and make datadriven decisions to optimize financial performance.

Innovation and Technology Integration:

Drive the adoption of cuttingedge construction technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Identify opportunities for innovation within the missioncritical construction space.

Communication and Reporting:

Provide regular and transparent communication to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams.
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, financial performance, and other key metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a fouryear degree program in construction management, construction science, architecture, engineering or related fields.
15+ years of experience leading or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity, with project specialization in the Mission Critical market.
