- Expand sales in designated territory through effective communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Build strong relationships with customers across different departments by offering technical support, exceptional service, and meeting expectations.
- Identify key strategic accounts to secure business.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide value-added solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage territory and report on sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
- Participate in the organization's improvement program to meet ISO 9001 standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, an associate's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluid Power Specialist Certification preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in fluid power or motion technology sales.
- Experience in an ISO 9001 environment is beneficial.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
- Ability to read and create electrical and fluid power schematics.
- Previous experience with motion controls industry is a plus.
