- Conduct stock certificate inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with various departments, client liaisons and vendors to collect stock certificates and update records accordingly
- Assist in the preparation of materials for audits and regulatory inspections
- Collaborate with other teams to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with demonstrated capability in Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to independently provide summary of operational data
- Team player/open communication
