    Job Description


    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Business Analyst, Operations is responsible for working with key stakeholders to solve problems that drive Operational efficiencies. This position will be responsible for using a data-driven approach utilizing Agiliti systems to support key initiatives throughout Operations.

    Primary Objectives And Responsibilities

    Collaborate with cross functional teams and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement through metrics and reporting.
    Create reports, dashboards, presentations for internal teams and customers as required.
    Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data that support process improvements
    Utilizes and creates graphs and other methods to visualize data.
    Work with teams to establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
    Structure large data sets to find usable information.
    Work with cross functional Operation teams to gather requirements and process information.
    Serve as Smartsheet SME, determine best methods to visualize complex issues and guide team members as required.
    Complete special projects as assigned by Corporate Operations Director
    Establish and maintain standard processes, tools and performance measures.
    Ability to travel up to 10% of time.

    Qualifications

    3-5+ years in similar field operations support
    Experience in improving and maintaining effective documentation processing systems.
    Experience in working within a matrixed environment.

    Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

    Bachelor's degree or relative Operational experience required
    Strong communication/interpersonal skills
    Demonstrated strong proficiency of PC skills to include Excel and Smartsheets
    Ability to perform successfully under time constraints
    Demonstrated leadership qualities and acuity
    Detail-oriented and ability to execute an action plan

    Pay Range for

    All Remote Locations:
    $47,174.00-$122,776.00

    This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown.

    The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
