Description

We are hiring a

Branch Manager , who under minimal direction, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch which includes hiring, leading, and coaching the staff, creating, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

Branch Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM and Saturday 8:30AM to 1:30PM

*Based upon business needs, this position will require flexibility to work a varied work schedule, including weekends, during regular business hours.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience in branch operations and managing branch employees. improvement, and/or program/project management role.
3+ years of branch operations analysis, process improvement, and/or program/project management role.
This role requires driving and must meet and maintain the following requirements:

Hold a valid CA state driver's license in good standing that is not actively suspended, revoked, or restricted.
Have reliable personal transportation. Use of any means of public transportation or ridesharing services will not satisfy this requirement.

Must maintain state liability auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100/300/100 limits on the vehicle that will be used for work.

Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR).

Preferred Qualifications
College degree.
5+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience in branch operations and managing branch employees. improvement, and/or program/project management role.
5+ years of branch operations analysis, process improvement, and/or program/project management role.

Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large group of employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
Full knowledge of laws, regulations and policies governing credit union accounts.
Handles Member and employee challenges.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the overall sales activities and operations of the branch.
Maintains full knowledge of laws, regulations and policies governing credit union accounts. Handles Member and employee challenges.
Effectively supervise, coach, and develop staff proficiencies.

Set, communicate, monitor, and evaluate employee performance expectations and goals, and communicate how these contribute to the strategy of the credit union.

Ensure branch operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Effectively coach team to provide consistent levels of engagement and Member experience.
Assist with operationally based projects and committees designed to enhance processes.
Complete understanding and active application the Exceptional Experience Guide expectations.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We support Pay Transparency and are a pay-for-performance organization that benchmarks base pay to the 50th percentile of market data.

Pay Scale:
Min $77,400 / Mid $95,900/ Max $114,400 per year

*Actual compensation will be based on geographical location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
