We are seeking an experienced and highly professional
Branch Manager to conduct day-to-day and strategic operations at our expanding
Los Angeles office.


The Details
Position reports to company's VP-Ops, job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Overall branch management, company quality control, supervise technicians & ops department schedules.
  • With support from company's HR, administer branch's staffing, including; recruit, interview, onboard, periodic review, employee relations, etc.
  • Oversee departmental supervisors; dispatch, crating, and storage, to ensure proper scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
  • Make regular reports to CEO & Sales VP on operational functions for the company's West Coast business, assist with marketing and client interactions as needed.
  • Serve as company's West Coast brand ambassador.
  • Oversee open/close schedule, manage alarm & keys procedures, landlord's point of contact.
  • Assist Controller with fiscal oversight; manage local bank account, assist HR preparing payroll data.
  • Liaise with CAbased vendors and service providers.

What You Need to Possess:


  • A selfdriven focus on leadership, improvement and growth.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or freight management, with full command of processes and protocol to run a safe & efficient operation.
  • Proven staff recruitment & retention abilities in an organization with ten or more direct reports.
  • Ability to work well independently, but not in isolation, and with timely delivery on initiatives & projects as directed by senior management.
  • Capability to operate autonomously while collaborating with management to benchmark progress.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration (preferred).
  • Ability to get key points across quickly and effectively to a variety of people verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Competitive salary, payrange $76,250 to $112,750 dependent on experience & qualifications.
